      Free food, great people, good atmosphere.

      Cons

      Its fast food. It may be upscale fast food, but its still fast food and you will smell like tortilla chip fryer grease when you go home.

      Pros

      Free food for breaks, young team, not many crazy customers compared to other fast food restaurant chains

      Cons

      Always short-staffed at night and double the work from the mornings, the manager has to close multiple positions alone, with insufficient and poor training because God forbid you clock in to learn how to work best.
