You can't please everyone (customer-wise). Food will sometimes taste different depending on who made it. Like every workplace, employees who buddy up to the management will get special treatment, but if you keep your head down and your mouth shut, you'll get recognized eventually. I hate to say it, but we had some issues with the Hispanic males treatment of female co-workers both in management and otherwise.
