      Pros

      You are able to get Free employee meals... And can order whatever you want and how much you want for free

      Cons

      1. You don't get any training from managers because they say they are too busy 2. They constantly talk in Spanish about you 3. You have learn fast and work fast if not you have a talk with the DJ (development Journal) it's not a good thing 4. They never have anything positive to say! Ect. I can go on and on I HATE WORKING AT CHIPOTLE

      Discounts on food and staff are friendly

      Cons

      Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
