Pros

Diversity and opportunity for young people to receive some management experience. I worked here during high school and my freshman year of college as a kitchen manager. I eventually moved on because my first promotion took far too long to complete and my promotion to service manager was going to be delayed when they realized I wasn't 21 - even though I was far more qualified than many other people I worked with above me.

Cons

Depending on the store you work at you could possibly wind up under some poor management. I had an overall good experience with managers that came up within my own store, but those that came from other stores for some reason had a tendency to under perform.

Pros

Free food for breaks, young team, not many crazy customers compared to other fast food restaurant chains

Cons

Always short-staffed at night and double the work from the mornings, the manager has to close multiple positions alone, with insufficient and poor training because God forbid you clock in to learn how to work best.
