Pros

Chipotle has been a great job especially for someone thats in college or highschool. They are very flexible with their schedule, but you have to be on time for all your shifts. The work at chipotle is not hard. In some stores they do rotations, but in my store we usually have one station. you have the grill, prep, line, and cash. The EASIEST station is cashier. They give you benefits for college, programs, 401(k), etc. The people you work with are also amazing, I met a lot of cool people at chipotle and they were all around my age range 18-25, so it has been fun.

Cons

the only negative thing i have to say about chipotle especially if you are a student your work/life balance is non existant. ESPECIALLY if you work night shifts. I get home around 1-2 am and go to sleep and wake up for class then head to work. So goodluck for those who goes to school.

Pros

Learning and growing to cultivate your own career path into a competent General Manager. The hours are longer than regular but the position is labeled as salary hourly with a minimum of 50 hours per week which guarantees 10 hours if overtime per week.

Cons

The long hours can be tiring and the expectations are less than or equivalent to that of a General Manager and depending who your boss is dependent on what you learn and how you can grow.
