It's a smaller company, therefore, financial growth is limited. There are also no health benefits, although they did provide a health stipend and chiropractic adjustments for some of their employees. It's also a growing business, therefore a lot of changes and shifts.

Not a good company at all

Low salary. Will let go of the employees for no reason and will say that you have an issue even if you're working good for the client. The company doesn't have any values at all! Culture's bad. Politics from the management
