Pros

I enjoyed the digital data and the monthly budgets for clients. Depending on the supervisor, the interventions and implementations made a difference.

Cons

The culture is terrible. The workers find the place as a social opportunity and often neglect the kids and their needs. Some of the supervisors with "years of experience" were amateurs and treated the job like a 9-5. Reports were not taken seriously and the gossip was horrendous, often targeting you

Pros

The kids and families were awesome. Some supervisors went above and beyond for their clients and technicians.

Cons

-Scheduling was flexible but slow and inefficient. They preferred in person meetings but would forget conversations and schedule changes needed to be repeated many times. -Some supervisors did not even do the bare minimum, my safety concerns were often not taken seriously. -The place was not cleaned or repaired as often as it should have been. Technicians are required to clean therapy rooms but most did not and admin did nothing about it. -Damaged intercom systems were not repaired for MONTHS, leaving us unable to call for assistance quickly. -No ongoing training, despite the field progressing every day around us. -If a client cancels, you do not get paid.
