Pros

This is the best place to work if you want to be in control of your income. We get as much business as we want with no ceiling. Leaders in the organization are fair and listen. The commission structure is really good. I started making 27% of everything I made the company. I know there are many people who have been with the company who have a higher %. There's always contests running. The company pays for everyone to participate in a leadership program called Built to Lead. Less than half the company shows up because it's optional. Big emphasis on personal and professional growth.

Cons

You only make approx. 15 per hour when you first start. It's all about the commission, but because the team is pushed to break new records it ends up being a win-win for everyone. The leaders can be tough. They push personal responsibility and accountability to the extreme. Don't expect to make commission when you first start. It's rare to start making additional income in the first few months unless you pick up on things fast and you're really good on the phones. You have to earn the really good opportunities where a lot of money can be earned. Could take a while.

Pros

There is not traditional management structure here. There are leaders her make decisions about the company, but they take all employee feedback seriously. And none of the leaders will ever ask an employee to do something that they have not previously done. Even the owner will admit his mistakes in front of the entire company. The company is not afraid to evolve and change with the times, while trying to keep some of the traditions of the past. And while it is a primarily commission based environment, the majority of people are willing to help their fellow co-workers succeed, and celebrate their successes. People here work hard, but they play hard to....just ask anyone that has been caught in a nerf war, played giant Jenga, or sang karaoke.

Cons

Change can come fast and furious here, and right when you get used to one change it can change again. Sometimes risk takers are applauded and other times they are told to slow down. The employees that seem happiest and the most successful are strong self-starters, self-assessors, leaders, and don't require constant praise from others (especially the leaders.) If you don't fit this description you may love the people you work with but you will ultimately not love the job.
