      Great management. The company and employees are very involved I. Helping the community. Great for working parents. flexible !!! Leadership is very involved in business and helps to keep every one motivated.

      Cons

      Location !!! Sometime long hours. Stressful at times. High employee turnover because the sales and logistics can be stressful at times.

      Great way to learn the work, when they let you

      Cons

      rampant unhealthy behaviors, instead of letting you grow, they throw work from other people and departments on you, if you get pregnant, they drive you to suicidal ideation
