      Work-life balance, PTO, Good teammates.

      Cons

      Senior management appears to prioritize internal preferences over broader employee recognition. Despite consistent efforts, hard work often goes unrewarded. During my four years at GroupM/Choreograph, I received only one salary increase of 2% and no promotions, even after earning 'Exceeds Expectations' in every performance review. Frequent layoffs and restructuring occur, creating uncertainty. Consider joining Choreograph only if you don't have other opportunities available.

      Pros

      Great Product team members, good self-training resources (but few certification options)

      Cons

      Truly terrible management, toxic me-first culture (people will take credit for your work), inhumane HR team. to quote AdWeek “People are getting disappeared, and you’re just supposed to pretend it didn’t happen.” appeared in an Adweek article by Audrey Kemp. It described staff reactions to sudden layoffs at WPP (and Choreograph.) There have been at least 6 layoffs while I've been there - consider yourself a line item ($$.)
