Cons
Power imbalance between departments. Developers aren't listened to or trusted by the rest of the company. We "do agile" but the head of business analysis won't allow us to make any changes to our working practice. The developers don't feel respected. An experienced srum master was hired to help fix the agile process, but she left as every change she attempted to make kept getting blocked by above.
