Pros
- As a student of Japanese langauge, I got to improve my language skills a bit and practice with the chefs (who were very kind) - The basic principals of the job is easy to understand - Staff are quite friendly
Cons
- If your vegan/vegetarian forget about getting free staff meals. I had to pack my own food which is fine. - Management is unprofessional and treat everyone diffrently. Favoritism is strong in the restaurant so expect to be treated less fairly if your not on their good side. - long long hours on your feet. As a runner your constantly going up and down stairs to serve food. - You will never have a Saturday off. Ever.
