The owner is amazing the job is amazing everyone is helpful and you will learn alot at this company. The place feels more like Family everyone helps everybody. The owner even helped me to find employment closer to home. He’s cares about his employees and he’s always willing to listen to any feedback. The best company I’ve ever worked for

I have never in my life worked in a more abusive, toxic work environment based entirely around being forced into impossible situation. Your first couple weeks will be fine, and even fun. People with joke about how the boss used to have anger issues, and how things are so much better now. Then the pressure sets in, they put more and more work on you while you try to request compensation for increased workloads. Finally, you’ll have your first bout of public humiliation. They’ll sit you down and call you stupid, and idiot, replaceable. They’ll use it as an excuse to restrict bonuses, take away paid holidays, and force you into a place of compliance, or into leaving yourself to avoid getting fired. The worst part? The so-called redeemed boss is the most abusive of anyone in the building. He will scream at you, call you useless, and make sure you walk out his office crying at least once if you are not absolutely PERFECT. So work here at your own risk.
