Bad management, predatory scheduling tendencies, large discrepancy between pay rate and employee worth, big communication gaps between management levels.

Cons
Management is not bad, they are very accommadating, but they complain a lot and sometimes speak poorly about other employees in front of the other employees which is very unprofessional. It is not like other ski shops, it is extremely high end and you deal with some of the egos that come with catering to the 1%'ers of the nation.
