Pros

Remote, Ok Benefits, Mission of the Company

Cons

Absolutely heart breaking behind the scenes with how this company handles compensation for its clinical staff. They pretend that FFS is for the benefit of the clinician, and that the goals are obtainable, but the sad reality is that it does nothing but increase profit / cause rampant burn out / disaster in employees lives. The amount of people I’ve seen harmed because of the companies compensation practices who dedicated their career to helping others is so sad.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your recognition of our mission, remote work opportunities, and benefits offerings. We are sorry to hear that your experience led you to feel this way about our compensation model. Supporting clinicians and ensuring they are able to build meaningful, sustainable careers while serving our clients is a priority for Chrysalis Health. Our fee-for-service compensation structure is designed to provide flexibility and earning potential for clinicians whose preferences and schedules may differ. We recognize that compensation models are not one-size-fits-all, and we strive to be transparent throughout the recruiting, onboarding, and employment experience regarding expectations, productivity standards, and compensation opportunities. We also continuously evaluate our programs, compensation practices, and employee feedback to identify areas for improvement and better support our team members. The well-being of our employees and the quality of care provided to the individuals and families we serve remain central to our mission. We appreciate your perspective and wish you success in your future endeavors.
