Pros
Branch is smaller location of a bigger parent company, isolated not too much traffic to and from the office, The ability to pay market level salary is there. Some amazing employees warehouse/ production crew genuine, nice, respectful, blue-collar crew.
Cons
There're individuals in upper management, who bad mouth, disrespect, and have a condescending attitude toward their own team members. Things are properly reported to hr and nothing happens but a simple slap on the hand are the worst consequences.
