Different schedules allow for some flexibility for in and out times Managers care about their employees
Cons
Operating systems are outdated and crash all the time Work load is almost crushing Higher ups have very little idea what is going on in the customer service/billing department and continually dumped new responsibilities on the team Chronically understaffed and unable to retain good employees Pay is abysmal
