Pros

The only positive thing about this was that now that I work else where in a higher position, I learned a lot about what I will NOT do in other jobs.

Cons

This is the most unethical place to work for. They hired me as for as a certified safety officer, I ended up being moved to custodial duties like sweeping, bussing tables and being the person in the costume. Machines are constantly broken and if you saw the kitchen you would never eat there again. There was no training for this position and they love to under staff the place on weekends. Breaks at my branch did not exist, even when you were scheduled for 9 hours. You will also never get out on time - I never left my shift less than 40 mins beyond the assigned time. As safety officer, you have scan the show room for hazards and intervene drunks, since they serve alcohol. I put my life on the line getting swung at by high and drunk city people on a daily basis. Even with a college degree they wouldn't pay one cent over minimum wage. SICK

Pros

-They give you free food up to $30 -The benefits are fairly decent -High mileage pay for traveling -Lots of diversity and inclusion

Cons

-The worst upper management you’ll ever work for. Constant micromanaging. Sets unrealistic expectations with zero support or assistance. All while they take long vacations. -Preach “company standard” but flip flop on every decision with no notice -Constant labor crunch. Expects miracles with ~3 people on shift. -Will have to work out of your area with no added pay -Training is hit or miss. If you don’t speak up immediately about something you weren’t taught, they will blame you. -If salaried, will probably have to work over 40hrs will no additional incentive -Customers above all else. They are rewarded for complaints and you will definitely be punished. -Heavy AI usage. Even in biased customer surveys that will count against you.
