Pros

Mostly nice coworkers Good enough food Free drinks A lot of hours Mostly good at taking off

Cons

Horrible customers Management cares little for workers Pay is not worth the workload (9.50 an hour for example some get paid less) Stressful job Vacuums never work Small straw brooms on carpet No breaks even on long shifts Management doesn’t care about workers receiving backlash or disrespect from customers (I was informed a customer wanted to hit me and all I got was a break I never receive usually and having to hide) Managers can have favoritism that can affect your job Customers are horribly messy and don't care Even if you apply for a specific job you will have to do basically everything anyway even if you don’t want too Overall not a good job to have especially if you’re a teenager Can’t really take off for holidays (for example I took off 2 months in advance for Halloween and it was denied, some of my coworkers were accepted that same day)

Pros

-They give you free food up to $30 -The benefits are fairly decent -High mileage pay for traveling -Lots of diversity and inclusion

Cons

-The worst upper management you’ll ever work for. Constant micromanaging. Sets unrealistic expectations with zero support or assistance. All while they take long vacations. -Preach “company standard” but flip flop on every decision with no notice -Constant labor crunch. Expects miracles with ~3 people on shift. -Will have to work out of your area with no added pay -Training is hit or miss. If you don’t speak up immediately about something you weren’t taught, they will blame you. -If salaried, will probably have to work over 40hrs will no additional incentive -Customers above all else. They are rewarded for complaints and you will definitely be punished. -Heavy AI usage. Even in biased customer surveys that will count against you.
