Pros
Sue (the CE) was a pleasure to work with. I served a term as a program/best-practice research assistant for the foundation and received all of the support and guidance I could have hoped for. I am a high-energy, self-motivated individual; however, this type of work was brand new to me and presented many difficulties. Sue, however, was direct and concise in giving me direction for accomplishing completing research objectives.
Very supportive and hardworking work environment.
Dory's wonderful smile on the days that I came in to meet with Sue or work in the office.
Cons
The only con I can think of is that the foundation did not have a dedicated spaced directed to interns; owing to the small size of the foundation, the meeting room/intern room was regularly rearranged.
Sue accommodated me by allowing me to work from home.
