1. No room for creativity, everything is copied off of internet. 2. Major politics, the company even has a "cool gang" 3. People behave like 50 year old aunties talking about colleagues 4. Everything is made in china with cheap quality and the the employees are expected to "sell" this. 5. No room for growth. Nobody appreciates growth. 6. There are people in this office who don't do anything but are paid more than 95% of the company. 7. Brand image is cooler than your work life/profession/work ambience/work ethics/anything 8. The founder will show favroutism like; its their right
