All of the negative reviews are true.. huge turnover for the past two years and everyone is running from our management all the way up to our narcissistic CEO. Our leadership is afraid of him and make the dumbest decisions because of course... they don't want to lose their six figure career. It's appalling. If people could just speak freely, we wouldn't be in the mess we're in right now. They have to do and tell him what he wants to hear. OR you'll be gone! You might be thinking to yourself, while reading this, well people have a choice to work there or why don't they find somewhere else to work. Well that's exactly what the CEO said. (Read other reviews). The problem is, there are so many people close to retirement that HAVE to stick it out. The other half, are sticking around because the pay is good for the area... There aren't too many insurance jobs around here after Liberty Mutual bought out Wausau Insurance. Sentry is nearly an hour away. This isn't the same Church Mutual under Ravn. Please, do yourself a favor, go work anywhere else but here! You'll be much happier and not "one of us" stuck in a job we can't stand.
