Pros

The company spends a large amount of money on a Training Department which is usual for a small company. The induction is in depth but there is a lack of support after the induction.

Cons

It is a very negative environment, the majority of staff complain about their roles and management treat staff like children. There is only one break per day, you are not allowed your phone and there is a clear lack of trust from management. On a number of occasions, I witnessed a manager bully staff which resulted in many staff leaving. I have never worked for a company with such a high turnover of staff. The majority of the managers are there to do well for themselves and not support or develop their team. The salaries are very inconsistent for the same role and the company has strict rules of talking about salaries as they don't staff to find out their colleagues are earning more than them.

Good working environment, friendly staff, everyone having each others backs.

Cons

Sometimes clicky management and groups, more strict on some employees compared to others.

Pros

I once had some fantastic, highly skilled colleagues, but they've all recently departed because of the sheer incompetence of senior management.

Cons

Statutory benefits, everything is minimum they can get away with. ChatGPT said: There’s a noticeable "not my problem" attitude among management and team leaders, and it’s evident in the service provided to contractors and recruiters. An HMRC investigation, which isn’t discussed internally, was triggered by the same senior management who now congratulate themselves. Micromanagement is rampant, and expertise is hard to come by. When it comes to benefits, they only offer the bare minimum required.
