      Externally, Cielo says it is an innovative company, but internal politics is very conservative in implementing a new project. In general, they are not open to new ideas

      Pros

      - Decent pay and benefits - Super flexible, lots of paid holidays - Free learning resources - Incredible people (my team lead and colleagues were the best!)

      Cons

      - Random layoffs. Just so disappointing - Not many roles set aside for North Americans at the moment. I keep seeing North Americans being laid off and employees from other regions getting promotions and transfers that could be offered to North Americans. (Would love an explanation from leadership on why this is!)
