      Pros

      Work-Life Balance, Leave Approvals, Family Run Business (It's on you to decide)

      Cons

      1 - Late response, 2 - Late approvals, 3 - Top management is struggling because of their biases, 4 - They don't want to change their work culture even when it doesn't cost money, LOL. 5 - They terminate people whenever they feel like. 6 - It's a family run business, so no matter who the CEO (or any other C-suite) is, the RETIRED founders will take the decision. Never understood why, though. 7 - Payscale is not upto the industry standards, I can say that living in the states, I can only imaging the pay situation of employees from Brazil, India, etc.

      Family Run Company = you are a name not a number! The Owners actually care about their employees! Flexible Working Good Life/Work Balance

      Pros

      I spent around 3 years working at CiiRUS Inc. During my tenure, I was promoted from within and found massive opportunities to grow my repertoire of professional skills. I had a background in vacation rentals, but not necessarily in SaaS. This company instilled in me an extreme passion for building software products for users and I will undoubtedly carry this with me for the rest of my life. Management is willing to listen to feedback and this allows a self-starter the autonomy to grow in value very quickly.

      Cons

      CiiRUS is a boutique software, so if you are looking for a job at a massive corporation this is not the place.
