      Benefits, Tuition reimbursement, Smaller branch locations have a family operated feel to them.

      Cons

      Unorganized, Poor training (only in regards to the software they use), Management, IT department, QC, Following through with contract agreements for employees with contracts, (including raises, renewal of company vehicle, ect. )

      Pros

      Great company with strong product and leadership. Found a way to level off dependency from oil and gas and provide other solutions for customers.

      Cons

      Oil field related work has its ups and downs.

      Company has a great CEO and he's very kind hearted.

      Our CEO is great but sometimes I wonder if he knows his CFO and VP of HR are only looking out fir themselves and not the employees. They got everybody the was good and left the lazy ones. HR is never at the office except for the recruiter. It's like everyone is in their own group. That place has gone to crap.
