Pros
Working at Cinemark was fast paced, especially during the summer and holidays. There are several positions at each theater, including usher, concessions, box office, and even cafe. You also got to see movies for free, which is great! Some opportunities to advance since they often hire from within the company.
Cons
The pay was very poor and nearly minimum wage, even after "raises." Often yelled at by customers for the high prices of tickets and food. Also, our manager often scheduled employees for close/open shifts, with about 7 hours or less in between shifts, which I'm pretty sure is illegal.
