- Senior leadership team that is there for themselves not the staff (VP and up) - Innovation is slow - over promises clients, cannot deliver - no home office in Toronto (piggy back off corporate) - people fired all the time - vacant roles never filled, teams expected to fill in - New HR is terrible at her job - support for our clients is lacking - project management is a joke, confused and all over the place - creative team given little/no support or opportunities, misses deadlines - Account team is thin, and not suppported under new, unexperienced leadership
