      Excellent work culture, upper management (leads and production) seems to genuinely care about the well being of their artists. They are very communicative given the state of the industry

      Great equipment, great team feeling

      Cons

      Start up feel (at the time) with growing pains as far as communicating with London. Leaps and bounds improvements to today, I'm sure.

      Coffee, (mostly) nice coworkers, new facilities

      Cons

      They'll bring you in from anywhere in the world and dump you when they're done with you. Very low encouragement of creativity. Low wages. No support. No clue. Taking this job is one of my biggest regrets.
