Team is driven to go above and beyond to ensure the organization is successful. Very little politics here and staff that actually have fun working together. Culture emphasizes trust among team members and models work/life balance as much as possible.

IT is lacking at this company and the organization needs to stream-line outdated manual, legacy processes. I am encouraged by the new leadership team and hope they can push the organization's progress in these areas.

Leadership doesn't know left from right, Business lines are disconnected and backbiting, Founder syndrome has created an environment of God-worship within the organization, A lot of talk about 'all about the people' which fosters an environment of trust and yet the top-heavy management give useless feedback and unreliable performance reviews.
