Pros
Pros: You meet some incredibly hard working people from hispanic backgrounds that are essentially working harder than anyone else in the company.
Cons
Cons: They act very "excited" (this is a scripted term they use at Cintas) to have you join their team. Depending on where you live, base salary can be anywhere from 45k to 50k. During the interview process they tell you about your car package that you will be receiving, your gas card, and your car insurance being paid for. However, once you're hired, you soon realize that they are also hiring in 4 other people for the exact same role that you were hired in for. Then the Sales Manager (acting like they already told you this) tells you that you all will be competing for the only territory available and that you'll have to earn the car package, credit card, and car insurance. I wouldn't recommend taking this job unless you're in desperate need of the money that they pay you to train. OH AND BY THE WAY-- this *earning your territory" consists of you driving around and selling Cintas products WITHOUT BEING PAID FOR YOUR SALES, WITHOUT BEING COMPENSATED FOR GAS, AND WITHOUT HAVING YOUR INSURANCE PAID FOR.
