Pros
Can be a fun job if you like quick-turning sales. The process can take as little as a day to sign an account and get them started. Manager at this location is good and does a lot for the team so you don't feel like you're drowning like with a lot of other sales positions. If you can figure out how to sell the high earning products, there is a lot of potential to make good money. Benefits are fairly good and PTO is above average. A lot of flexibility as well. Overall, everyone at this office is pretty kind and helpful.
Cons
Commission structure is a pain in the a** to navigate. Some products pay more than others and you have to spend a considerable amount of time at the end of the month counting out each individual product you sold and make sure that it all hit commissions (this could be in the hundreds if you sell Facility Services). The base salary is low so if you don't push the products that make you money, you won't be making money. Bonuses are a lot harder to get than they advertise as well, especially if you're in a territory with no leads coming in. Mad Heights office can be a bit like a boys club. For such a large company, a LOT of the tech is outdated and you will spend a long time trying to get things fixed that aren't your fault.
