Pros
-Great coworkers -Great space for developing as long as you do not get layoff due to "operational learnings" despite not being directly involved with the deployment of the scooters or any warehouse logistics (like the people fired in the HQ) -mid-level management listen and support -Great office management support
Cons
-no matter how good some people are at their job, no one is safe until the first day after their probation, (example: it seems to be a common practice of the company of firing people on their last day of probation) -those who are actually in operations have no life-work balance -management tend to lie about the status of the company to their employees as if they are not aware of how things are going. They are the one doing the actuall work they know how bad things are going. -typical startup with bad management. one day they get funding and everything is perfect, the next day the magic is gone
