I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking a healthy and stable work environment. From the moment I joined, it became clear why the turnover rate is so high. The work environment is incredibly toxic, marked by poor management, constant blame-shifting, and unrealistic expectations. Employees are often overworked and underappreciated, leading to burnout and a pervasive sense of dissatisfaction. Management lacks transparency and communication, making it difficult to understand what is expected and how to succeed. The company's culture promotes favoritism and lacks support for employee growth and development. Constructive feedback is scarce, and when it is given, it often comes in the form of harsh criticism rather than helpful guidance. The lack of work-life balance is alarming. Long hours are the norm, and there is little regard for personal time or well-being. This unsustainable pace is a significant factor contributing to the high turnover rate. It's disheartening to see talented colleagues leave regularly because they simply can't endure the negative environment any longer.
