Pros

Honestly, I don’t have much good to say. Maybe it’s okay if you want a job where you just repeat the same lines every day and don’t think too much. But if you actually want to grow, learn, or feel like your work matters, this is not the place.

Cons

The micromanagement is insane. Team leads watch every little thing you do, but when you actually need support, it feels like nobody really cares. The environment is toxic, people are burned out, and there is barely any real teamwork. Everyone is just trying to get through the day. What really disturbed me was how much of the work seemed to revolve around ADHD meds, dose changes, early refills, and patients clearly struggling. I’m not a doctor, but from what I saw on the support side, some situations felt genuinely scary — including medication-related issues that sounded like possible overuse or overdose concerns. And instead of feeling like these cases were handled with real care, the whole system felt rushed, robotic, and focused on getting through the queue. Overall, if you want to feel stuck, micromanaged, burned out, and like your brain is slowly turning off, this is the place. If you care about growth, healthy management, or meaningful work, I would stay away.

Pros

low home studio investment required. no one checks on you ever.

Cons

Do all these patients have ADHD and need amphetamines? The upper staff turned over entirely with no transparency. Requests for help are expected to be answered by other clinical staff.
