Cons
Repeated poor decision-making by senior leadership has led to a general lack of trust, which in turn has impacted morale. Significant differences between strategy set by leadership and actual reality for employees. Lack of alignment between departments and poor communication from leadership has employees & managment in chaos. Lack of investment in training, resources, and support to help employees & managers adapt to changes in strategy puts them in a very challenging and frustrating situation. Basic operational issues constantly causing headaches for employees, which the company continues to not prioritize solving. Frequent changes made with little time to adapt before next change is made. Overall it seems like this company is flailing.
