      Pros

      Started working as Circula as intern and from the first day felt like an important part of the company. Got insights into many areas and had the choice to decide in which areas I want to work. This then translated into a full-time position placed exactly in my preferred area. The spirit at Circula is great. You can really feel that everyone shares a common goal and are working hard on making that happen

      Cons

      When looking at the current growth of the company and the headcount, the office will be too small soon. Definitely need an upgrade at some point in the near future.

      Work-life balance quite good You get to use some of the benefits Circula offers You can choose if you work in the office or at home Transparent all-hands meetings with the founders

      Sadly the pay is lower than average

      - Transparency in everything, including company finances - Great remuneration - Great leadership - Very friendly team - Bi-annual team meetings in Berlin - Interesting product

      - Nothing that would come to mind. Nothing really bothers me at this company.
