Pros

Free form schedule - work when you want - PAY, I'ts honestly great, compared to ALL of my other 40 hour full time jobs, I'm currently working 30 hours, (less than full time!) And somehow earning around $5500/month and this is the most I've made in all of my 9 jobs. My manager is VERY well rounded, charming and skillful. He's taught me everything I know and got me to where I am now. With him being one of the best salespeople I know, I one day hope that I TOO can make more than $600 in one 6 hour shift.

Cons

1) Although you're not put into any strenuous labor, heavy lifting, or actual hard work, you do have to have a lot of pep. There is a lot of talking involved with this type of sale, and much repetition. Even though talking doesn't take a lot of energy, sometimes it can feel tiring after making a couple hundred dollars within a few hours, in a single day. 2) The product you sell is literally free, but somehow you get a $20 commission for every time you convince someone to sign up for a free product. (doesn't make any sense but okay), which makes earning money a little too easy than I'm used to, creating a little bit of a bore. 3) Sometimes I find myself with more spare time and end up spending a lot of the money I earned quickly. It was easier to save money when I was working 40-60 hours at my previous job because I did not have the time to spend it. though, at that time I was only earning around $1800 per month.

Pros

If you can sell the money can be outstanding.

Cons

Pay is cut without warning. Payrole is off almost weekly. Bonuses are almost never payed when promised. Top management is average at best. As you take promotions the money decreases instead of increases. contracts signed by company and clients are changed with a moments noticed.(that usually means reps, company, and managers are paid less than what you origanally signed on for). You can also be terminated for no cause leaving you without income and no explanation.
