Pros
Company benefits are outstanding, the tops in the industry. Highly competitive environment, flexible scheduling, with some of the most talented people in the industry.
Cons
Lots of redundancy between teams in the same business unit as well as the rest of the company. This is due to the company treating all teams as their own startup. The good is that it allows teams to build and identity and business for themselves, the bad is that when resources are scarce, the political games begin and rather than collaborate, you end up with multiple versions of the same product or service with varying degrees of quality. Lack of structure or structure that is not properly defined. Your success is dependent on the manager you get. No longer looking to hire experience, only looking to rent it.
