      strong team supportive culture good work/life balance reasonable expectations accept constructive feedback at all levels take care of their employees lots of included benefits

      only United Healthcare for 48 states regular reorganizations mixture of backend systems "Unlimited PTO" sales teams are spread thin versus prior employers some products are not getting enough development cycles to stay on top
