Pros

you get to work in the tv industry and learn every job

Cons

you are asked to do everything, salary is basically minimum wage, rotating door affect where when someone gets trained they leave for a better place, management believes that nobody should be there for more than two years and owner micro-manages, yells at employees for doing things that he himself told them to do two weeks prier, and is almost blatantly racist.

Pros

Close to Boston - able to cover big stories for resume reel to get out.

Cons

This company manages its stations like a piggy bank. Resources are horrible and moral was low. When the founder comes to visit its like a dog an pony show where everyone has to kiss the ring. It’s shocking the leaders of this company were so involved with the National Association of Broadcasters. Fancy dinners, golf tournaments and vanity prevented this companies employees from reaching their full capacity to execute journalism.
