Thanks for taking time out to give us feedback. It's important to hear the thoughts of our existing staff members and we are happy to hear that in general all is good. The Manila office as you no doubt will have seen has increased in size quite rapidly and therefore we do anticipate internal opportunities as we continue to grow. We invest heavily in training, learning and development at all levels which we believe positions our staff well to take on new opportunities as and when they occur.
