      Absolutely bad experience, stay away by all means! - Fund Accountant Citco Employee Review

      Pros

      It pays a little better than other major fund accounting firms.

      Cons

      Abusive supervision to the extreme. Very disorganized, bad management causing high turnover and workplace deviance. Long hours, no work life balance. Incompetent team managers only know how to play office politics. Process is too manual, leads to lots of errors and problems.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
