Dear Former Colleague - appreciate you taking the time to provide some feedback both positive and constructive. Indeed every job has its tedious aspects - thank goodness most of the work at Citco is interesting, diverse and challenging. In regards to career plans - there are some pretty distinct career paths in our functions. However I would also note that our performance management process includes a career development section which we always encourage staff to complete with their manager.
