Pros
It teaches you a ton about the basics of hedge fund operations. It is like a paid education and a good way to get your foot in the door in the industry. There is beer in the fridge on Friday. There is an open door policy to almost every person in the office. You can move up really fast with this company, they reward good people.
Cons
Not professional enough, senior managements leadership capabilities could be questioned. The ammount you learn is totally dependent on the client you work on. The work can be extremely repetitive and at times really boring if you are not a process person.
