      high attrition, almost no bonus, empty promises on promotions

In terms of promotions, for the past couple of years, we have been actively promoting deserving employees based on performance and potential.       Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
