      Pros

      Career opportunities are great. The backside is that you need to work really long in order to open it for yourself. Amazing and supporting team though. You can make mistakes if it is a learning process and you are keen to learn.

      Cons

      Terrible overtime. I don't think the salary is adequate.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
