Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We are committed to creating a comfortable, transparent and collaborative environment for all our employees so we are disappointed to hear about some of your experiences.
As you would be aware, we are currently in the transition phase with rapid expansion plans. Every transition is unique and there are multiple variables involved. We understand our employees are putting in additional efforts at this point in time; we expect the work to be streamlined as we reach a steady state.
We have been transparent in communicating on this subject with our employees and we hope to be supportive of your work and personal commitments, and your health and wellbeing.
We are working hard to facilitate flexibility where possible among all teams to promote and support a healthy work-life balance. As a start, we recently announced the launch of flexible timings across few teams. The global My Flex initiative is being rolled out this year, ensuring a commitment to these practices across all teams where possible.
We are also making a conscious effort and some of the ways that we are looking to promote work balance in office is through conducting monthly team building employee engagement activities, providing recreational facilities, team lunch/dinner, offering occasional company outing in order to enhance collaboration, belongingness and identity in our teams to make our work place more enjoyable.
As an organization, we recognize that our managers play a very important role to ensure that our employees have the resources and tools to perform their roles successfully. We encourage our managers to meet with employees regularly to ensure that employees have an opportunity to express any concerns or feedback they may have. We also have an open work environment and there are multiple communication channels available to employees to voice their views and suggestions.
