      - Emphasize on work life balance

      - Do not offer 13th month bonus to junior staff - Lack of employee benefits (Recent cut in meal allowance and transport allowance) - Lots of restrictions in terms of how they want things to be done - Rarely know what the upper management is doing until the last minute

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
