We have a strong focus on learning and development, at all levels, so that our teams have the tools and resources to continue to develop a career with us. You mention career progression and this has been a real focus for us recently, based on feedback we heard through our engagement survey. Due to this we have launched a process to make it easier for employees to apply for open roles and move within the organisation.
